With the versatile Ararat U-lock from VINZ you secure two-wheelers very well against theft. The sturdy U-lock is made of hardened steel and can be used for both bicycles and motorized two-wheelers. The VINZ Ararat comes with mounting hardware.

The Ararat series is designed to protect a motorcycle, scooter, moped or bicycle against theft. To secure your motorized two-wheeler you use the Ararat as a disc brake lock—an ideal solution for a short stop or as an extra lock alongside a chain lock. You can also secure a bicycle to a fixed object, for example a lamppost or fence, with the Ararat. This prevents the bicycle from being lifted, reducing the risk of theft.

The VINZ Ararat U-lock has a closable keyhole that protects the lock from dust, water and dirt. Thanks to the lock’s internal dimensions (25 × 10 cm) and the 16 mm shackle thickness, the Ararat fits many disc brakes. With a total weight of about 1.8 kg, the Ararat is very strong yet light and user-friendly—also making it suitable for cyclists. With the included frame mount you can easily attach the Ararat to your bicycle.

The Ararat series is ART 4 certified. This means the Ararat is suitable for most theft insurance policies for two-wheelers (bicycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles). The Ararat’s Security Index is very high: 15/16, the second-highest score. With the rock-solid Ararat, your two-wheeler is optimally protected against theft!
